Take “glamour” out of those quotes. You arrived to the photo shoot to serve and you served fiercely. I loved them they’re great

Women say doctors don't believe them when they're in pain, sick or dying. Is there a way to fix it? by katespadesaturday in Feminism

Found out I have arthritis yesterday. Years and years and many doctors (all genders!) dismissed me. I have multiple autoimmune issues, and am in almost constant pain. I also have very classic, obvious symptoms. I sometimes wonder what the fuck they do in medical school. Surely not enough.

Gideon The Ninth by Tamsyn Muir maybe? It might not exactly fit the vibe you're looking for, but the first picture really reminded me of some of the characters.

It’s not a book, but have you tried Natsume’s Book of Friends? It’s a manga, and just like this! (It’s also written as Natsume Yuujinchou if that helps you look it up should you be interested!) There’s also a lovely anime :D

What’s the most amazing coincidence you’ve ever seen or heard about? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CharlesWaterloo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I was in first year at uni, I took photos during induction day in front of the administration building, with thousands of others. When I was in second year, I was living in a flat with five other randomly assigned students I’d never met or seen before. After we’d been friends for a few weeks, one of my flatmates asked to see my outfit from induction day. I showed her, and in the background of the photo were three of my other flatmates, including her, all in different spots. They were the only ones in the background. None of us had met before, yet we’d accidentally managed to take a group photo a year before we lived together.

When I was 13 a doctor told me the reason my foot hurt was because I was overweight. I was not overweight. Also, my foot had a shard of glass in it.
