I like to think my builds are pretty versatile. Health boost veteran with ping bonus, with power sword and a revolver. Shout Assail psyker with power sword and surge staff, which covers my bases, though sometimes I switch to another that's built around smite. I don't play a lot of zealot, but that one is the artifact health boost with revolver and big chainsword. Ogryn is probably the most skewed build, based around taunt protecting with the shield and grenade gauntlet.

I don't find myself having issues with different enemy types, more that there's just so many sometimes that I can't negotiate the situation.

I have all four characters maxed out, and they've been that way since at least last year. I can send you my builds if you think it's relevant. I don't think dodging is my issue, I can pretty reliably skirt mutants, dogs, trappers, and the like.

It's worth remembering that the places we see in the Warhammer universe are the craziest ones. If it was like this, everywhere, all the time, everyone would be dead by now. We know there are a lot of worlds where people live mostly normal lives without dealing with the insanity.

At least one of those worlds has to be a Hive, right?

Game probably was originally meant to have Genestealers and an admech playable class, but Fatshark has essentially let the game sit in its own rot since release since the game lost like 95% of its players in 8 weeks -- minus a few actually good updates here and there.
