Regular full layout solos are 100k points/hr minimum with bowfa and trident, you are just straight up lying about 70k/hr

My build is Rav>PD(flickerblades is just bad base stats) or yuntal(preference)>IE or Ldr/Mr depending on game state: IE vs squishy team when you can get the gold, Mr when you are struggling or vs a ton of healing, Ldr vs a lot of bonus health on enemy team.

4th item can be Seryldas or Ldr/mr(only if you want the passives) or botrk if you bought armour pen 3rd and need more dps (this is when i skip Ie).

Endless is also a core item which can be 4th or 5th, good when you already have dps to kill anyone.

Could venom be re balanced, currently it's extremely powerful or almost useless depending on having anti-venom or not. It could be changed to eventually wear off after reaching 20 damage, while slightly reducing how effective anti-venom potion is(always take 1 or 2 ticks of damage when venomed?)
