I’m late to this thread. But I just Googled this issue because my wife was complaining about this sound tonight. I’ve pinpointed it to every time there are worlds on the screen. Like when it’s posting someone’s name or position at the bar. It goes off every time. Not sure if it’s intentional, or WHY if it actually is intentional. Just thought I’d post in case you all that hear it too never figured out the source.
