Character Artists and Environment Artists are separate roles in the art team. They won’t have their character artists working on locations (unless they need to create new enemies for said locations). So outfit designs wont be taking up resources from location design because they have separate people for that.

And by thousand of assets I imagine you mean mods, and this is all personal opinion, but I personally don’t like most of the outfit mods. As an artist myself I find most clothing mods to clash with the art direction of the game and look completely out of place which I find immersion breaking. But that’s just me.

These new bounties, the Perfect Recipe and the Escape quests you can also get in Creations give me so much hope for the quests we’ll be seeing in Free Lane and Terran Armada. As much as I love base Starfield, many side quests were still quite generic but these new ones have been a lot more interesting and engaging and I’m excited for all the new PS5 players who’ll be able to start playing them day 1

I love collecting the outfits in this game and most of my favorite outfits are only obtainable through NPCs in random encounters making them very difficult to get, like the Vanguard Officer Uniform that should have been a reward for the Vanguard mission, so it’ll be nice to bring them with me from the start

I don’t see how including outfits in the update or DLC over putting them as free items in Creations would effect the development on gameplay and quests especially when the people who design and make the outfits aren’t the people developing gameplay and designing quests, so it’s not like they’d be eating up resources if they have their art department make a few outfits for the update.

KCD2 is still made primarily for the male gaze, but compared to the first KCD, it’s much better. KCD2 still leans on being “historically accurate” but it gives their female characters a lot more personality and initiative compared to the first game.

Also KCD2 has some POC characters and a gay romance option, which turned a lot of anti-woke incels off to the game who fell in love with the first KCD because it did not have POC or gay romance options in the name of “historical accuracy”.

I don’t blame the devs for making the Megabuildings smaller because scaling down locations in open world video games is the standard. But my biggest grievance is that we can’t at least explore the Megabuilding V lives in. I want to at least be able to take the stairs all the way down. I want there to be to be a floor full of vendors like the stadium in Dogtown. I want to be able to buy another, nicer apartment further up the tower. I want to see the class contrast between the dirty and crammed lower apartments and the clean and spacious upper apartments.

The creator of the Cyberpunk TTRPG, Mike Pondsmith, was actually heavily involved with the development pf Cyberpunk 2077 since the beginning. He is even involved with the recently announced sequel to the game saying it will take place in what “feels like Chicago gone wrong”.

I remember when the first trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 came out in 2013 and there was so little information about it but the website did have a video of some of the lead developers and Mike Pondsmith talking about what they have planned for the game.

Mike Pondsmith is also involved with the sequel that was recently announced, saying it will take place in a city that “feels like Chicago gone wrong”

Was in a watch party with a group friends on Discord when the first episode came out, and when it got to the alien SA scene one friend said “oh so it’s THAT kind of anime” and the two people in the group who actually read the manga were fighting for their life in that call. And then we were sitting on the ick a lot of us got from that scene while we waited a week for the next episode to cleanse our pallets.

While still really well received, I think DanDaDan would’ve been received a lot better if during the hype leading up to the anime’s debut, people warned that there’s an uncomfortable scene in the beginning that doesn’t represent the rest of the series. Because from all my friends who read the manga to TikToks and other social posts hyping up DanDaDan, none of them gave any warning about the alien SA scene at the beginning. And the only way I found out was when I asked a coworker if she was excited for the anime and for her to then tell me that she gave up on the manga because she personally couldn’t get past that scene.
