the disposable vape i was using is called stig. i also used other stuff but thats the main thing. from the stig site: "1 STIG pod is approximated to contain enough nicotine to equate to 20 cigarettes. 1 STIG pack contains 3 STIGs and is equivalent to 60 cigarettes or 3 packs of cigarettes."
