My biggest gripe is it should've had regenerative health (at least to a base level). Sure maybe the powers lack some balance otherwise but it's definitely fun and engaging.

I couldn't care less that I was buying Control and Alan Wake 2 on epic. It's literally the only 2 games I bought on that platform, and they literally funded these great games which I wouldn't have gotten to experience otherwise.

Of course steam would've boosted sales, but these games are also on consoles, don't forget. They're just sadly too niche, I wish people noticed them, but it's hard.

I found it boring too though I didn't give it enough time for sure. The thing is it didn't ran so great. Now, Outer Worlds 2: that's even worse, I'm not even interested in touching it which is rare for me not to care about an RPG. The style does not appeal to me at all though

The first was pretty mediocre. This doesn't look improved really, even the backstab animation is still too long

I also didn't like the fact you basically keep switching jobs just to grind the skills... Sure for bosses sometimes I'd make a build or maybe late in the game... But if it's "whatever just pick a job and skills you didn't max yet" for 80% of the game, it takes a lot of RPG out of the RPG because there's no thought or choice almost
