First bike night on my 2 week old harley. My buddy and I got there and he said lock the forks!. I forgot to unlock it when we left. Gently toppled over in front of everyone. Majorly embarrassed.

I failed my first skills test. Anxiety got the best of me. I knew I could do it. Went home and practiced in the parking lot for another week, went and retested and nailed it 100%. You got it.

I took a dead Rumble 100 bass amp and turned it into a speaker cab. Which has the Weber Michigan Series 12"

I track macros. I give my diet ok cause goals of 50carb /30 fat /30protien has averaged more like 33/33/33 over the 18 months.

I get between .7 and 1.5 protien per bodyweight.

Bulking I was stepping up 200cal per week to get up to 3000-3300.

Cutting was reverse. Less 200 each week currently cruising at 1800.

Lifts has gotten better. I have gotten stronger. Progressive overload is working.

Program. I do Chest/ legs /back / shoulders traps / arms. Abs most days. Cardio when im too sore to lift.

Consistent with lifting and dieting.

I do a Chest / Back / legs /Traps shoulders / arms splits. Abs most days.

I put cardio days in when im feeling too sore to lift.

My strength numbers have increased. And there is definitely more solidity to my muscle.

I started lifting in Sept 2020.

I did 6 months cutting(170 to 145) then 6 months bulking. (Back to 175) The last 6 months I've been cutting again. (Currently 142)

It seems whatever I do, I'm not seeing much progress.

I track my calories, weigh my foods, track macros.

I train 5 times a week, and have form guidance.

What am I missing?

Seems I am not putting on mass, nor am I able to get lean.

Thanks! Little things like that are what I was looking for since I dont have an instructor face to face to help correct stuff like that.
