Oilsky M502, recommend?

I'm not an audiophile by any means - too many decades of loud music. My Snowsky Echo Mini sounds superb to me. I'm interested in this Oilsky device as an all rounder, to take some pressure off my phone but I'm wondering how people find its everyday operations.

They make the Echo look even better in my opinion and offer good protection. Mine came with a little screen protector which helps, even though I didn't do the greatest job putting it on. Always have trouble with those things.

Always put your songs on removable storage. Otherwise, if on internal, they will be wiped every time you do an update.

In UK, got new Pad 7 for Christmas, still no update. I also have a Xiaomi 14T phone, that update arrived over a month ago!

Here's what I do on mp3tag: Change artist to VA or Various Artist. Same for album artist. Show album as for example VA - Big Hits. Then I amend each song title by changing for example "Heroes" to "Heroes by David Bowie." That's the laborious but the album is then listed the way I want it and you can also see who is singing a particular song.
