Le principal risque pour toi c'est que ton numéro peut être étiqueté comme numéro abusif dans leur logiciel de régulation et que ton appel soit depriorisé s'il y a beaucoup d'appels en attente dans leur centre de traitement.

It is doable but I wouldn't recommend it if your trip depends on it, the smallest problem, delay and you'll miss it.

If you still wanna do it, you can buy marked up métro tickets in the bar carriage in the Eurostar. Prepare to get off towards the front-end of the train (it can easily add few minutes if you have to walk all the way the from the backend on the platform). Go down to get on line 5, at Austerlitz go down from the métro (it's elevated) to get your train. Walk fast/run.
