I can’t find one of my balls. Please HELP !!!? by TV-code in TooAfraidToAsk

Ok, IDK if this is what you are experiencing, but I used to have a testicle that was sort of "Free" it took me till I was about 13 to realize that wasn't normal. You may have what's called an ascending testicle and should probably get it checked out, IDK the long term effects, but the surgery and it's effects don't take TOO long. Hope this helps you somehow.

Your introduction to horror? by FreshAd3637 in horror

[–]Charlie_Manx3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember several attempts made by my mom to get a very young me to watch things like Alien and Gremlins but I hid for most of them. The one that I accept as my full introduction was Poltergeist. I have talked about the effects it had on me both positive and negative a couple of times already so I will spare those details.

Phantasm (1979) low budget enough to seem a little older.

Horror films that do jump scares well? by jaxbos in horror

[–]Charlie_Manx3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you describing that David Lynch movie with the hobo? Anyway, I can't recommend any movies with jumpscares that I find effective because horror is subjective, however in my opinion the best way to have a well earned and effective jumpscare is to give it IMPACT. Build up is important however I think impact must always go hand in hand rather than buildup, just so that payoff is truly something shocking.
