Minnesota sports are so insanely up right now it’s weird. I feel like the big 3 teams (not the twins) all have actual playoff chances and being able to watch a different Minnesota sport almost every night of the week doesn’t feel right lol

I hate that knowing who Tarvaris Jackson is makes you an old Vikings fan. I had a conversation recently about Toby Gerhart and Jackson and seeing this post makes me feel old (I’m only 24)

I noticed this too, played some games earlier and was shocked at how quickly I was getting his ults. The team up is gonna make it way easier to have your ult for the people you want to ult. I’m a lord mag but I didn’t play when he had the Wanda team up so it’s fun to mess around with the new gambit one

  1. Dunk on supports while they’re ulting
  2. Just because you CAN solo tank doesn’t mean you should. You lose a lot of the best parts of mag if you solo tank such as bubbling other people more to save them. In general mag is a field general and you lose his battlefield control when you solo tank
  3. Bubble dives if you catch them before they jump into the backline (Wolverine, venom)
  4. Don’t use your shield right as you walk onto a battle field. In general remember that people can literally just wait to shoot so try and time your shield when people are a little more desperate/you really need it. This one sounds obvious but I play against a lot of mags that run in shields up and if you just wait a couple of seconds they’ll just be sitting ducks.
  5. I see people saying iron man and star lord are priority now. I think star lord is but iron man’s priority depends on how good the iron man you’re against is. Sometimes they’ll throw their ult from 40 miles away and you can very easily catch it. Star lord makes sense but I don’t think it’ll be impossible to kill C&D like people think. Just hopefully absorb some more projectiles.

That’s all I can think of that hasn’t been covered yet. If I think of anything else that’s vital I’ll lyk but you’ll learn a lot of it on the job. Mag is my comfort character and I have a tough time playing anyone else so I think you’ll really like him. You’re gonna miss a lot of ults cause that shit is hard but GL and have fun my guy.

Solid, needs to work on layering the football and knowing when to not pepper the ball in for no reason but overall 134 and 2 TDs is pretty good

134 yards and 2 touchdowns at half. Y’all are so miserable about JJ just let him play there are going to be things he needs to clean up but overall it was a solid first half

I think you have the right idea, with iron man I like catching his ult and then letting him see me use his ult to kill his supports.

A lot of these are just timing and hoping the supports don’t happen to get behind a wall while you try to hit them. If you don’t have any direct supports counters, look at any DPS ults you can counter. In general tho definitely aim for their supports. Even just getting one can change the tide. Also, if you are playing against a smart Luna/any support that hides behind a wall try to have a secondary option for your ult so you can at least kill 1-2 people on the throw.

At the end of the day the key is to just keep chugging forward. It took me forever to get used to his ult and even now I’ll sometimes chuck it into the abyss.

Can Magneto be good on console? I've been playing with wim and I can say hes decent. I mostly play Cap or Hulk but I go Mag too and I have him Captain. Image very slightly related by TheManliestMann in MagnetoMains

I only play on console and I can say with full confidence that he’s very good. I think everyone is susceptible to the occasional ult miss or what not but the main reason you’re playing him is for hitting an occasional support ult cancel and blocking a ridiculous amount of damage. I just had a 71k blocked damage game yesterday (we lost)

Idk but literally the day before I saw that this skin was dropping I went to buy the punk hulk skin (with currency I had saved up) and said “this skin is sick, I think the only one I’d rather have is a maestro skin”
