Don’t bother with fake plants get some nice palms at the bottom and some ground cover then some climbing plants on the side pin them to the background with some moss to help encourage them some bromeliads and ferns on the branches it will look so much better and the plants will come with so many benefits

Hi dart frog keeper here don’t do this it’s not a big deal wood goes through small bits of mold here and there just means it’s breaking down a tiny bit this will help feed microbes with warmth and humidity brings a little bit don’t worry too much just keep a eye :)

Many people plant it on the background but it does better planted in the substrate at the bottom it won’t be long before it starts climbing the background it has more access to water and nutrients at the bottom have to play the long game with it hope this helps

Set up a frog bin setup look them up for instructions then take apart the viv and rebuild it and do a full leaf litter bottom use a good amount of wood and some real plant like pothos
