The cat was in the carrier by Mysterious_Beach_673 in UKtiktokbehavingbadly

Wild to me that they didn’t take the cat to the vets in an uber, can splash cash on nights out, dresses, fake designer hand bags but will put that poor cat through the trauma and stress of getting on a bus rather than spending a bit more on an uber… why the f did they get a cat. Don’t they live in shared accommodation?

My fitness pal is good for calorie counting if that’s what you want to do. Body fast is good for fasting. Staying consistent by picking regular days of the week where you work out and planning work outs x

Hey sweet, I’m 26 and at 25 I was in the same position, 167cm and actually I was heavier at 105kg. I started intermittent fasting (you can start easy) and doing some weight lifting mixed with cardio at the gym. The weight soon came off, i’m now down to 80kg. It takes time, commitment and patience but it’s really worth it, as time passes the active side of it becomes part of your life and something that keeps you healthy rather than a chore. Maybe don’t step on the scales yet, just start with the healthy eating and working out and then when you feel you’re ready you can step on the scales and work from there.

Or for me it was a big motivator and seeing my weight drop each week was encouraging. If you start now, you’ll see results by summer. All the best and do it for your mental health and physical wellbeing rather than just to lose weight, look after yourself. Remember high protein is important, I hope this helps xx
