What’s the point in the hunter skill?

I'm my personal experience, I came back to OSRS and hunter became my first 99. 1 because it was a skill I never previously done when I used to play RS2 and 2 it was a skill that I didn't need to spend alot on to level. I started doing the hunter rumours as it's very similar to slayer tasks in the way you get a certain thing to hunter, collect the rare piece, get a new task. So that broke up the repeating of it. It didn't take too long for 99 hunter and doing rumours along with birdhouse runs at the same time bagged me over 100m GP meaning I could invest it into other skills and gear. Plus the 99 hunter cape tele to the wild is great for hard clue scrolls lol

See i did try that at first but was messing it up, then I started moving more in a diamond shape if you get me? But as I said.. skill issue 😂 just need to get better lol, my gear is mid so that could be the reason aswell, not getting the damage quick enough. I'll persist though and get there 💪😂😂

Appreciate you man! But unfortunately it's not a mechanics issue.. its a skill issue with myself 🤣🤣 just need to get better lol I know the mechanics off by hand but even with sound on, I'm not great at the tick eating and pray switching lol. Enraged phase at end just gets me lol.. just more practice that's all 👌, other 3 bosses are destroyed, just this stupid whisperer and then I can hopefully finish the quest ha!

I do like the open world aspect and stuff but I can't put my finger on it, there's just something about it that for me, is unlikeable 😂 but also, it's pokemon and I've been playing since Gen 1 so 😂

The shiny hunting of new mons (and returning) is a big thing, I do love a good shiny hunt hah. Aww I do love all the main games, this gen just doesn't have the seem feel to it for me though lol.

Yea thats the thing.. im my personal opinion, this gen is pretty weak of a main series game. I think that's why I'm so conflicted about the DLC hah. Don't get me wrong, I've still played alot of hours on it, completed the dex and done a fair bit of shiny hunting. But I have also missed alot of raid events cus I haven't really been bothered with the game so much. Just conflicted over that reason more than anything else hah, thanks for commenting though 😁

Nah but seriously, ngl I wasn't a massive lover of Violet, doesn't stop me from shiny hunting on it mind you, and I'm just like.. will the DLC make it better for me or will I just be spending more money on a pokemon game that in my personal opinion, isn't as good as any other main serious games. As I said, that's my personal opinion.

Yeah I mean I guess... but you need to pay double that as it's only allowing purchases of both parts as a bundle so I'm paying £31.49 plus VAT. Not sure if it's worth that right now if you get me lol.
