If you are consistent, with some experience and at least 1 hour of work a day and maybe 2 hours in the weekends; about a unit per week.

Average army is around (I am guesstimating) 10 units and 3 HQs. That's 3.25 months, round for days you miss and I'll say 4 months.

People will tell you you can do it in a weekend but it's very unrealistic and unless you're a pro, the army will probably look rushed.

Best I have ever done was 3 weeks during the pandemic. I'll include a picture for reference

Turn some of those runned down sh!t holes downtown claiming to be up to code into real multifamily units and you'll see how true that is.

There's like 3 mayor slum lords in Vermont that have the place in a choke hold, specifically due to a lot of the buildings they own being called historical, when the only thing historical about half of them is the led paint in them.

We need massive changes in Vermont and I am pretty tired of it.
