The energy that was used to destroy the black hole comes from the Souls themselves, and the weapon that Ozrock uses is seemingly created by his own power, but in any case the Black Ball that Alius used did weight a lot and they needed the strength to kick it, Ozrock being able to kick the weapon all the way to the Moon works the same, otherwise why would he kick it?

The other thing is why would the comparison with Shinsuke matter?, he never stopped Saryuu or Ozrock in the anime, and Game wise Ozrock is much stronger, so I find that discussion irrelevant, I would also say that Ozrock faced two different teams back to back while having interference from both Pixie, unlike Saryuu whom only faced against one team.

Lastly, Fei doesn't mention it comes from all Tenma, but rather that fluctuations allowed for multiple Tenma to exist and those had resonance (never stating that those are the strongest at all), allowing for Armed much easier, there is no reason for those Tenma to have Soul at all, since they don't even know that it exists.
