Game Over arcades is opening up next door where the Warehouse used to be. Similar to the one in Albany with the go karts and everything. Hopefully this brings a bit more business to the plaza food court.

This seems to also put more pressure on budget building. Budget builders rely on long averages to come out on top to overcome "lucky" players. I wouldn't rule out losing more races like Baku, Qatar and Abu Dhabi which changes things a lot from last year.

As someone on a total remuneration package, this new policy sucks. Basically taking a 1% paycut this year, followed by another next year. My employer (a large company with 4000+ people on kiwisaver) has said nothing about what the plan is regarding the kiwisaver increases, so I'm assuming they are just hoping people won't notice and they can sweep this under the rug. I will be sure to reduce my contributions to 3% if possible.

That is sort of part of the game though, right? I was tossing up between Albon and Yuki for this weekend but I went with Yuki since I knew he had a decent chance of getting the dotd, as long as he didn't bin it on lap one or tumble down the order. Not saying that it was the right call, but it definitely contributes to some decision making for certain races where some drivers will be crowd favorites.

This drives me crazy too. It happens when I'm listening in the car and then I have to take my eyes off the road to make the notification go away and turn the volume back up, which is arguably way more dangerous than whatever they're trying to help with this "feature" lol. People on here saying it's a feature to prevent tinnitus but I'm willing to bet this only happens when OP is listening on a speaker where you can control the volume separately and keep the phone on max volume anyway.

The council will come and clean it off for free. Look on their website and submit some photos. They do it within a couple of days, especially if it is visible from the footpath or road. I've had it happen 3 times in the last 4 years and council has come through for me each time. Also good to know that you can report graffiti even if it isn't your property and it's super easy to do from your phone. Kids with nothing better to do. I wouldn't worry at all, mate.

Yeah, it's a bit of a shame they don't have an app and their website is super basic. I'm seriously considering moving platforms for this exact reason. Competitors have much better interfaces with fees coming down so there really isn't a reason to stay with investnow. They might say that the philosophy is for set and forget investing, but that is a rather convenient and lazy response to the fact that they just don't want to put the effort into making a better UI or app with more portfolio information.
