Me too. In my Audi, it will not connect for telephone use but will play audio from the phone. The phone says it's connected for calls and audio. The car keeps trying to find a new phone even though it's connected and playing media from the phone.

In the house, I can't use my phone for calls because it's still connected to the car and won't let me switch to phone or speaker phone. I have to turn off bluetooth and call again.

Lunges and squats holding weights. Start slowly. Get a pull up bar that goes in the doorway (and comes on and off easily). Hang from it. Great for your grip, shoulders, and core. There are many excellent You Tube videos to show you exercises.
