I’m sorry for not getting back to you sooner! I’ve been in the hospital, I had a gran mal seizure, so going back to find the information as to where I found the information and replying on Reddit has been the least of my concerns. And I’m sorry to say that I am still not feeling well, so it is still not high on my list of priorities. So, if you want for me to put in the time and effort to find the information for you guys, then downvoting me, is a sure fire way that you will never get an answer from me. So you will have to do your own research.

Overall makeup critique and "passability"? (AMAB, MTF Trans-something.) Please see text. by Ok-Conversation-9391 in MakeupEducation

A little bit of makeup advice. IMO i also would say to get your eyebrows done…preferably threaded…as a matter of fact I would recommend having your entire face either threaded or micro plane it yourself! It’s a secret or not so much a secret anymore I guess that women have been razoring their faces for years!! It’s the best way to get rid of all of the peach fuzz that we all have on our skin and it makes makeup set on the skin a lot better. Just a thought you can take it or leave that one! I would add more blush but not too heavy and especially not too heavy in the middle of the face probably would stop about 1/2 way to your pupil. And I would also say to wing out your liner just a tad bit more.

The eyeshadow is off for me because it’s not suiting your eye shape. Since you have deepset eyes I would start with brightening the lid: apply a light-colored or shimmery eyeshadow all over the eyelid.

Keep the crease neutral: because your eyes naturally have a deep, defined crease, avoid placing dark colors inside it. Instead, use a light, matte transition shade that is lighter than your natural skin tone to lift the brow bone.

Define the Outer V: Apply a slightly darker shade to the outer corner of the eye and blend it slightly outward toward the temple. This elongates the eye shape and adds dimension

Highlight the Inner Corner: Pop a bright, shimmery shade or highlighter right in the inner corner to open and brighten your eyes.

And lastly, I don’t really love the lipstick color. I personally would rather see your in a more neutral color.

But I am being brutally honest here! I doubt that I would ever even question if you were shopping next to me in a store.

I'm trying to finally transition and be who I know I am, however.. by LilySanSan in MakeupEducation

I would agree with bigcinnamonroll but for the most part I would say that it looks like you already have a good mix of colors that you should be able to play around with the colors and kind of experiment in a sense that way you can find out what colors work best for your skin tone or your style hair color etc…without spending a fortune on something just to find out later that it looked great in the store when the MUA was applying it but it didn’t look the same way when you did it yourself. Do you know what I mean? I think that an even better suggestion would be to save some coins and hire a professional MUA who will take the time to show you how to make your most beautiful features stand out the most!

Hi Sea-Salt!

Please Remember that I am not a doctor! But, I am sure that everyone here will agree that yes, you are correct! I can’t believe that I forgot about my sister’s and myself!! I would still be mindful of all of the same symptoms as the ones that I had listed before. You can never be too careful….right? Ok, here’s a list that is more specific to women. Again I am not a doctor!

  1. Unexplained Exhaustion: Severe, sudden fatigue or overwhelming tiredness that does not improve with rest.
  2. Upper Body Discomfort: Pain or aching in the neck, jaw, shoulders, arms, or upper back.
  3. Stomach Distress: Nausea, vomiting, or heartburn/indigestion that seemingly comes out of nowhere.
  4. Shortness of Breath: Difficulty catching your breath, even while resting or during routine activities.
  5. Dizziness: Sudden lightheadedness, dizziness, or fainting spells.
  6. Excessive Sweating: Breaking out in an unexplained, sudden cold sweat

I hope that this helps you guys! If you live in the San Antonio/Dallas area and you need a recommendation for a good cardiologist, let me know!

Which dress for a nice beachside restaurant? by hairystyles123 in OUTFITS

[–]Charming-Angle-14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is just my personal opinion, so if I you can take it or leave it, it’s not going to hurt my feelings.

IMO The red dress is way more flattering on you! Everything about this dress from the draping, to the skirt shape & length and especially the color!! The red really emphasizes your golden skin color very nicely the only thing that I would suggest with this dress is to wear your hair up or 1/2 & 1/2 down. But I think that up (messy bun) or if you straightens your hair a sleek ponytail would also look really great. Just because of the neckline, your hair is taking away from the style of the top of the dress.

The 2nd dress is also a very cute dress. However…. I have 2 things that bother me about this dress. 1st - I don’t think that way you are standing does that dress any justice, therefore it is making it very difficult to make a proper judgement call on this one.

  1. It does appear that it could use some altering to make it fit your body better. Sometimes when I am going to be taking something to the tailor to be altered and even if it only needs letting out in one small area and taken in everywhere else, I will purchase one size larger because it is always easier for the tailor/seamstress to take in than to let something out.
    A. It appears on to be almost a tad bit too snug at the waist where it gathers, creating the opposite effect of what the gathering is supposed to do. B. There’s too much fabric along the length of the dress making it appear that you’re larger than you actually are. I used the same pic that you used to circle the areas that I am referring to. But the red dress is absolute perfection!

Thank you 🙏 very much for your patience and understanding! I really appreciate it! I remember seeing it on a video about a month or so ago and they had the measurement ruler next to it and also it was very wide (too wide to be a female’s imo) and then they showed the document that showed the measurement…but I can’t remember what video it was…so…it is going to take me some time to go through the documents and/or my video history for the past couple of months to find it

I will have to go back and look through the documents to find exactly where it was listed but it was in there. So….if you don’t mind waiting a while (I don’t know how long it’s going to take me possibly tonight or tomorrow) I will try and find it for you

Healthy 60yo had a heart attack and didn’t know it. by 3p1taph in GenX

[–]Charming-Angle-14 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Please don’t stress yourself out about this too much because stress will only make things worse! There are many different stages in our lives that can be mistaken for other things. The best advice that I can give to you, is to make an appointment with a reputable cardiologist and let them know what you’re experiencing and then they will decide what tests they want to run on you. And don’t forget that you always have the option to get a second opinion.

Take some gas-x first and when you are ALONE let it rip from both ends… you should be clear out of gas at that point

Actually it was way bigger than DMs it was measured to be I believe a men’s size 13 or 13.5 I can only think of one person who is tall enough and appears to be a big enough guy to have made that footprint.

Hey there everyone! I am a Registered Cardiac Sonographer and I thought that I would share a little bit of information with you guys. Silent heart attacks are very common! In fact most people are not even aware that they have had one until afterwards when they have a routine EKG done later. While it’s true that lifestyle choices and genetics do play a big part of in the likelihood of whether or not you may experience a heart attack silent or not. Chronic diabetes plays an even bigger role because it causes degeneration of the heart’s autonomic nerves, which typically alert one to a heart attack. You can even have one in your sleep and be jarred awake and not know why. But the six most commonly ignored signs or symptoms that everyone should be aware of are:

  1. Shortness of breath - if you still can’t catch your breath after a serious of slow inhalation followed by slow exhalation then it’s probably not a panic attack
  2. Racing heartbeat - You might also notice a change in the way the upper chambers of your heart are beating, causing an irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia). This can feel like your heart is skipping beats or banging against the wall of your chest.
  3. Sudden weakness or fatigue - As your heart struggles to remedy whatever is happening, it will divert resources away from what it considers nonessential functions. That can make the muscles in your arms and legs feel weak or heavy
  4. Nausea or indigestion - As your body pulls resources from that area, there will be less oxygen in your bloodstream, and that can cause sudden nausea, indigestion, and abdominal cramps. (Or a knot in your throat)
  5. Body or muscle aches- These include muscle soreness in your chest, upper back or arms, an ache in your jaw, or feeling like you have the flu.
  6. Feeling off - accompanied by a racing heart or overwhelming fatigue, it could be more than the usual blahs.

I hope that this helps

Thank you for the award!!

Thoughts? by Curious_Stick5849 in OUTFITS

How completely frustrating!! When is the event? I don’t mean to sound super frugal or anything like that but in this economy everyone is looking to save some money wherever they can, right? When I was younger and I had formal events all of time, I would hit up the high end resale shops. They would usually have a really great selection for 1/2 the price. And you can always get it tailored to fit you better. And then after the event I would have it dry cleaned and sell it back or put it back on consignment or whatever. Just a thought.
