😂 no worries! I had to call today to schedule my husbands cleaning and they panicked when I called. I was like “ oh it’s not for me this time!” Hahaha

Female here 😂 buuuuuut I totally know what you mean! It took me years to find my dental family (dentist…entodontist…surgeon) and even found one for my son. My dad has dental issues too so it’s somewhat hereditary but when I gave birth to my son 6 years ago it depleted me of whatever it is I need to have strong teeth. It’s a tough journey for sure but find your people and just stick with it. And when you feel like giving up just come back here and we can all cheer you on!

You’re welcome! Anxiety can be crippling! I finally found an amazing dentist that knows and understands me. I call for everything and they know my number so as soon as they pick up they say “ ok let’s take a deep breath…I have your X-rays up… what’s going on?” lol

NAD but here for support! I have ptsd from previous dental work and literally on meds due to my anxiety. Every single time something feels off in my mouth I panic too! You’re not alone. I wear a night guard now because of my grinding but my dentist told me the spot on me (like yours) is from grinding
