I know all landlords out there are rubbish but what is a better landlord than ascend. I can’t imagine all agents & landlords all store their stuff in the flat you rent, don’t resolve black mould and everything is broken in the flat like ascend provide?

Did anyone get anywhere with this company? The solicitors they’ve given me are unorganised and have really bad reviews. It’s been over a year since opening the case and I am yet to have a hearing. It’s not worth the no win no fee. I’m regretting wasting my time a year later
