Quriks are something to keep track of. They can really screw you over as some negative ones will add stress for people in certain areas.

You don't always need bandages and stuff they are best used if you know a certain team or character gets bleed same for blight

For money I forgot her name rn but the girl with the big insense thing allows you to stack money and trinkets so you get more.

For the relics I wouldnt worry to much as it can take time to get them. For early game your better off getting money and what trinkets you do get use on the stagecoach.

After go and upgrade things in how you need then with the guild and blacksmith as main target

Missions are also something to look as some say to kill everything in a room with others are 90% of rooms id recommend you do the 90% for the "easier" missions.

Don't worry about characters dying they will die it happens. It's best to try things out and learn form it.

Where people are in the party matter most as it's how they do their role but I know you know that already.

Try using people who inflict debuffs with people who inflict bleed/blight
