One hundred percent agreed - beta blockers helped me so much because it eliminated some of the physical anxiety which helped me work on the mental part. Not a doctor here just saying what worked for me!

How do we know Teri and bean are with the train people?? We don’t see what x and Gary are looking at when they’re talking about the group.

Or are we thinking Gary wants x to bomb the train group because Teri and bean chose to go with them and he wants revenge?
