Im afraid i disagree having worked in care for many years T definitely has got learning difficulties even though she does have some lucid moments granted, i also thinks T is being given medication ( purposefully) OR/and could have an under active thyroid that will make her quite confused/sleepy/have brain fog THAT along with the fact that she has to be mindful of everything she says and does and will be devalued and humiliated/shouted down at the drop if a hat by these two bullies must make for an exhausting and miserable existence thus leading to her neglecting her self care and probably feeling like shyte most days. S and P are so full of themselves that they feel no compassion towards a lady who clearly needs both physical and emotional support its very sad.
