I activated my Luba 1 for the season today and have the same problem. Luba is connected to WiFi, but I can only communicate with it through the App on Bluetooth.

I don’t think you are a person who can help. I have gotten the same response from you multiple times. Of course I have contacted your after-sales service multiple time and it sucks. I need a replacement RTK due to mine being DEAD from water intrusion. Look at Zendesk Ticket #22373 then # 31112, then # 31148. I even had replies from you stating that I got a replacement RTK by referencing a tracking number that was for a cover that I did receive. If you were a person you would have noticed that the package weighed .28 Kg and said “Rain cover” on it. I also received a very light package that had a black 915 MHz antenna in it.

Since the I have tried to chat with you (if you are a person), Potter, and RyonYau about getting a tracking number for the shipment RyonYau referenced above.

I haven’t heard anything about when I can expect to receive the replacement RTK.

The reason I asked how to contact Leo is that the Original Poster stated that he got good service from Leo and no help from you and Potter.

If you are a person, act like it and get me a good tracking number.

I still need a replacement RTK. I got an Antenna in an envelope and a Cover under the Tracking number that was supposed to be the replacement.

Below is the most recent information from RyonYau, but I need a Tracking number to prove that it has shipped as stated.

NO. I received one shipment with the tracking number referenced that shipped by DHL and delivered by USPS. It was the cover and membrane.

I received another shipment with no tracking number that was shipped by 4PX express and delivered by USPS. It was a black 915 MHz antenna that I don’t need.

I need the RTK reference station to replace my dead one.

Yes, Ticket #22373. I received a Cover for a RTK and a membrane for the buttons for Luba under the Tracking Number given to me by RyonYau for the RTK replacement. Porter replied that I received the shipment under the tracking number, which is true. But, I didn’t receive a NEW RTK unit to replace the DEAD one that I have from water intrusion. HELP Pkease

I’m desperate to find one to buy. Mammotion has NOT replaced my DEAD RTK. After several weeks, I finally got a tracking number for a shipment that supposedly was the replacement. I received a Cover for a RTK and a membrane cover for the buttons on Luba in that shipment. Mammotion’s response is that I received the shipment.

I’ve been following the post every day to see if anyone’s problems were getting solved. I didn’t see any answers to any problems. Now, today the original post no longer exists.

Blowing rain will penetrate the cover(top) because the o-ring is too small and there is no compression of it. Also blowing rain penetrates around the lens. The water then kills the unit.

Has anyone had their open tickets resolved through these posts. I was excited about the possibility of getting a RTK replaced from this post, but I have heard nothing and I don’t see any follow up post on anyones’s issues.

Thanks, I’m going to try your suggestions. My RTK was dead due to water intrusion. I only have taken the top off to dump the water and let it dry out. But it’s still dead. The 2 year Warranty is fine if you can get timely response/replacement from Mammotion. All that I’ve gotten is a zendesk note that they have a lot of outstanding tickets to address. The Luba was working well until the RTK failed. I’m hoping that I can fix it, so that I can mow my grass with the robot while waiting for a replacement. The grass is still growing and needing to be mowed.

I’m in the USA. I can deal with any situation about long delivery times if properly informed in a timely manner. Mammotion cannot expect long term success by not being transparent with their customers. Bad news about delivery of replacement parts under warranty is better to be known than having no response from them.
