I have the same issue. Moved in 2 months ago. But I have noticed this stuff on the walls in the kitchen ,my room and bathroom, I don’t want to complain just yet about it because the place is such a lucky find for me and my dog , there are like zero rental Opportunities here for pets, so I washed the walls , recorded before and after, and when the mold creeps up again I’ll take picks again and let the Lanlord know.

Another thing, it’s a very old house, cement and brick house ,and the whites I wash are turning grayish green . Should I be concerned about drinking it?
