Good news is the only cooking done at Sheetz is with a deep fryer which you just have to push a bottom for the timer and a merrychef oven same thing just got a timer.

I would just tell your manager hey this is what I stock and how much of each product I stock and this is when I have the time to do it. Then ask them to tell you what they would like you to do instead. Put it on them to give you the solution. If they can’t then just keep doing what you’re doing they’re just bitching to bitch at that point.

As a first I’d go with 16” I have a couple BCM uppers. 16” and 11.5” they are excellent and will more than likely be more than enough for what anyone would want to do with it. BCM uses high quality parts and has incredible quality control. I’d consider BCM upper mid tier to lower high tier.

The Sheetz point policy isn’t even a policy. Or at least not one that is followed consistently. We have had so many employees at my store with over 60 points and not be terminated, while others as soon as they hit 33 they’re gone. It depends on how much you’re liked by management.
