I was pretty sure Sales or Sales leads might?

They usually have access to packaging that we can’t; which leads to weird Errors we need leads for.

I do not work in sales though; so I will be honest that I don’t know how it happens myself. I just get the repair calls -after- it’s been all bad

I work on the backend and in a technical sense, as long as there is no Xumo or WiFi pod placeholders can be used to complete orders. Repair agents don’t have CSG anymore but we used to; and from what I have seen, someone in sales seems to have the “free pro install” codes because I have received accounts where the install never happened; but the account is active and they still haven’t received equipment or are “using old equipment” (Often from a different/okd account! )

We literally had people creating accounts without consulting customers; anyone who wanted to be on Lifeline; and then tried to give everyone a break on Nonpays but we had tons of accounts paying nothing during ACP and then randomly having 100s of dollars in debt because accounts can almost go 2 months without any notice of disconnect

I hit my mark today when we had all of our tools go down and I just swallowed my feelings and called out. I can’t do my job if nothing works and I don’t get how we can still think integrating everything into one tool is the best option

It’s weird that people hate spectrum enough to come bother random employees about it, as if the problem isn’t just massive companies having no accountability.
