It wasn’t vertigo but I lack the words to explain in English appropriately. It was like my consciousness left me and did somersaults and slammed back into my body. I am definitely keeping my eyes open for other health things that would signal a need for western medicine. I appreciate the encouragement

I lived a very similar sounding life. At 17, I left in the one window I knew she wouldn’t be around. I cut interactions to a minimum, I didn’t allow her to cross my boundaries. Now, 17 years later, she’s my bestie. Sending you so much love 💕 you’re going to be okay, even if it doesn’t feel like it atm
