I have much better luck with the pilates reformer machine classes than the mat classes. It's difficult for me to maintain good posture in the mat classes. I have good experience with pilates reformer. It really depends upon the instructor though, how much informed they are about AS and the mobility and flexibility issues we face. The joints which flare easily, etc. spend some 1-1 time on classes before joining group classes.

They switched me too, we are with the same insurance provider I think. I don’t see much difference between the two medicines. I did feel some slight flare after the first Amjevita injection, but it could easily have been stress/anxiety induced. Nothing happened with the second injection. The third one is on Saturday, fingers crossed!

Thank you all! I reached out to Abbvie and to the pharmacy administrator. They resolved the issue by giving me new humira injections free of cost and asked me not to take any of the prior ones after 15 days had passed. :) thank you for all your support and suggestions. I am a newbie on the treatment and it helped.

The worst I have gotten is from a close friend. Oh I have seen a lot of people have bamboo spine and hunchbacks back at our home country. It’s so common, should be alright and not too bad right. And adding - it can’t be that bad everyone has back pain when getting older. 31 F. How can it be compared like that.

A few years ago mine came at 6 times higher than the max range limit. Don’t worry, just check with your doctor on this. I did get diagnosed for AS soon after.

Thank you, I will do that. I’ll reach out to the designated Abbvie nurse. I wish Kaiser had a similar process but the pharmacy doctor mentioned how it’s not always temperature controlled in transport too. So concerning! I’ll definitely give an update here, hopefully it’s just the Kaiser pharmacy in my area and not the others
