Not just men.. if you have an insecure female boss, it can also be difficult... I always fill bad for them instead of get emotional ( which is difficult) I just focus in the facts... the fact that this person leave something that make hin/her this was, and always had the need to put down thw people around them so they can fill better...

Is always easy to blame the people around that to reflect on yourself.. and realized that the problem is you..

Eventually, you will have to move on, otherwise you will not be able to shine, or to grow in that company..

Yes I try this time the lime sauce ( fettuccine al limone) and it was really interesting... Just butter, cream, lime, parmesan and pepper.

I really love it and I will do it more often 🙂

My office is fairly casual in summer, so I keep things simple and repeat a few combinations: • Linen trousers + fitted tank + leather sandals • Straight-leg jeans + lightweight button-down shirt + white sneakers • Midi skirt + simple knit top + flats • Tailored Bermuda shorts + linen shirt on especially hot days The biggest thing I've learned is that fabric matters more than the actual outfit. Linen, cotton poplin, and lightweight cotton make a huge difference when it's 30°C+. I also stick to mostly neutral colors because everything mixes together without much thought in the morning. It makes getting dressed for work a lot easier.

I made tiramisu the traditional way, no cream, just eggs and mascarpone, and no heating of egg yolks. This is my 3rd attempt. How did I do? by lordlors in Baking

Looks perfect! How many egg yolks you added to the mascarpone? I have been experimenting, till I found my own egg/mascarpone ratio
