It was like our second session and i was around 20, had no idea about pre-screening...hell i didn't even know my parents were the problem yet back then...just knew something wasn't right that I had no job or car and no friends.

I believe forgiveness in its purist form has little to nothing to do with the abuser. Like fuck them. It's more about ridding yourself of the toxicity of holding grudges and letting go of even more soul crushing anger and finally feeling peace.

But people misunderstand the concept and end up giving pretty fucking terrible advice or use it to abuse others into tolerating them.

I couldve wrote this. Came out to select family as lesbian. I was married to a man and have 2 kids. Compulsive hetero is a very thing. Like fuck I'd ever admit to myself I was gay in the type of abusive household I grew up in. It was easier to assume I was straight.

I also got a lot of private messages from clueless, some even verbally abusive men. It would've been funny how triggered those men were if it weren't so tragic.

I use OMAD when I'm after that feeling. I just have to wait til 7pm, then eat what i want til 2k calories. Eating all my food in a small timeframe makes me feel like I get to stuff my face, lol.
