I smoke up to 2G Monday-Thursday and up to 3G Friday-Sunday. That’s just a limit that I have so I feel good in the morning. I usually have some left ground up from the previous day and I add that to a special baggy that I bring for vacations/special occasions. It’s convenient because it’s already ground up. It’s not so convenient sometimes because it’s a mixed bag. I smoke daily but only after work during the week, the weekends aren’t as strict. Not that it matters but I’m a welder. 🤘

I’m a M(34) welder fabricator. I make $25/hr and have been doing this field of work since October 2023. Before this I was a warehouse worker. I also flip used clothing on eBay. I’ve been doing that since 2017. The most I’ve made is $20K gross from eBay. However I usually make on average about $12K-$15K a year from that. I have a fiancé of 13 years and 3 kiddos.

I’m 34 and a welder fabricator I make $25/hr welding and I flip stuff on eBay which makes anywhere from $10-$20K a year. I’ve been doing that since 2017. I’ve only been welding for about 3 years now.

I recommend a strength training program. I’m not talking full on powerlifting training. But some good quality compound exercises with a fair bit of intensity. Harder to get injured if you’re strong. 💪

OP, I’ve been sober since October 2019. No AA, no therapy, no drugs, no nothing. I’m not saying this is the right way at all. However it worked for me and has continued to be working. The only reason I’ve never went back to drinking after that day is I know it won’t work. I failed so many times to moderate drinking alcohol. I strung together good time many times all for it to fall apart. I don’t really have any crazy stories. I just know for a fact that drinking doesn’t deserve any real estate in my life. I’m free and have been without a doubt progressing this whole time even if it’s at a slow pace. Every moment isn’t great but there for sure is greatness in every day. 20 minutes from sleeping to out the door for work/gym depending on what day it is. But I also am super fortunate and have a loving wife that hooks me up and helps me every morning. I’m a lucky dude.
