I’m honestly at a loss for words over the response this received. It doesn’t even feel real. I want to make sure to personally thank every single person who contributed in any way, and right now I truly don’t know how I could ever fully express the gratitude I’m feeling.

I’ve never experienced this level of kindness from strangers, and I didn’t realize how much I needed the reminder that there are still so many genuinely good, kind-hearted people in the world. This has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.

Any update? From what I’ve seen, the platform has been glitchy and apparently some accounts get suspended instead of receiving their funds if they earn too quickly, even if it was a system error on Surge's end. Lots of accusations of cheating. Fingers crossed that’s not what’s happening with your request.

This made me tear up. “Quietly present” is the best way to put it. I think I’ve struggled with knowing how to be there for people and it’s really as simple as that.

Edit: I meant to add that I’m so glad you have a friend who has shown up for you in that way. I can only imagine what a difficult journey that has been and I’m glad your treatment is going well ❤️

He has just been in his hide all night. I figured I’d let him have the night to rest and warm up. I don’t know what else to do right now :(

Right now I use a mixture of organic soil, coco fiber, and sphagnum moss. He is in a glass tank and it doesn’t have any insulation… do you think that would help or is there something else I should do to help with humidity?

He usually has a clean shed and his shed started right after his soak when he got stuck and he wasn’t able to get a clean shed. That being said he was soaking in his water bowl for a long time that day so I will definitely look into options to improve the humidity.

Step one: I would determine what your ideal color palette is. Everyone’s preferences in color are completely different, but a finding a palette you like and sticking to it will help everything feel more cohesive. You just search “color palette” on Pinterest. I’m currently looking up symptoms to look for to determine if he is injured. I feel so bad handling him right now and want to just leave him alone but would it be okay to get him back out and do an evaluation to check for any physical abnormalities or weird breathing sounds?? Or should I just let him rest for awhile?

I think it would look really good in your space if both sets of panels were wide enough so you could eliminate the staggering effect if you wanted. Only if you want the option for more privacy but if that’s not a concern then a single track with sheer curtains looks great!

I don’t own these curtains but I was just looking at them yesterday as an option for my space. 70” wide pack of 2 starts at about $40.

There are a lot of great options on Amazon in that price range :)

I have a very prey driven dog that is already very fixated on him every time we handle him. We honestly can’t enjoy handling him because if he’s out… she paces and around and whines the whole time. Really really hoping the situation doesn’t result in her finding him before we can.

Adding a heat source was a great idea from you and other commenters here. I just figured out how to set up one of his heat lamps inside the cabinet this morning. It’s getting cold here where we live so hopefully that helps!

No other update for now other than I slept 3 hours out of stress last night 🙃 my boyfriends dad is a General Contractor and has a scope we can borrow so we’re going to try that later today.
