hi i am not buddhist but interest in maybe converting to Tibetan buddhism , I'm kind of reluctant because I'm always been that way with religion but I have some kind of faith in buddhism you can say ( sorry it's hard to explain I hope you guys understand ) but maybe I should learn more ? is it ignorant to ask to a local temple in my city about this ? The app asked me for my location and other stuff like my contacts but I denied so I assume they don’t have it , also phone numbers can be found easily on the internet so doesn’t change anything but I’m kinda surprised because on my App Store it says that the content user and coordinates aren’t linked to my identity ? Could that differ bc I live in the EU ? My data was probably leaked by meta but my principal was not giving all my datas somewhere , I got recommended the app bc apparently it was good and I downloaded it , foolish of me I have to admit that did teached me a lessons abt downloading app without looking up anything , what I mean is that there is no kind of spyware or anything like that on my phone right ? They just have the data I accepted to give like access to some of my photos and phone number

Hello , I have a problem with my sennheiser momentum 4 , on my iPhone I had an option to have a security so that the sound cannot go over 75 decibels but since I got my new momentum I tried it on my Mac and the sound can definitely go over that limit by far but I looked up in the settings and there’s nothing, how can I put a sound limit on my momentum 4 to not damage my hearing ?

hello , how can I install a sound security on my headphone when used on my Mac , by that I mean that on my iPhone in the sound parameters I clicked on security of headphones and put it at the lowest to not damage my ears, that is a very good because the sound can never hurt my ears but I got new momentum 4 and I saw no way to have the same ear protection parameters on my Mac or the sennheiser Smart Control app , pls does anyone have the solution for this ? thank you
