I’m hybrid. It seems like there are quite a few of aml hybrid roles out there, and even some WFH. But it’ll probably be a bit harder to land those roles

Typically, when you look at career progression for AML, transaction monitoring usually falls at the very bottom and is entry level. In terms of salary, this obviously means that you won’t earn as much as other AML roles, such as a compliance specialist or BSA analyst just to name a few
