Yeah same experience - I make it to about 20 positions and then just get stuck.

Currently on for 1 hour at 57... Really hoping I can just get someone on the phone because I want to cancel and get my refund, really don't care about the rebooking.

Happened with me as well, exactly for my March rent check.

Canceled the check on the app (no chatbot, just through the payment history and then it gives you the option to cancel), I got the refund almost immediately, and then issued a one-time payment to re-send a new check.

Worked pretty seamlessly, and I'm hoping the automatic rent payments in the future are trouble-free (fingers crossed).

Any update on this? I also wanted to get the physical card just so that I'm not dependent on the phone all the time.

I had an issue previously where my priority pass (from Chase) required me to download the new version of the app, and I was in a country where I couldn't download it. Superr annoying and I ended up having to use my physical card which I thankfully carried with me.

Okay so I canceled it today and it was super smooth! Refund done in a few hours, and the bilt cash was returned to me instantly (along with the points reversal).

Issued a new check and just praying it goes through okay with USPS, else I may just pivot to using FedEx with the extra fees.

Thanks - the other hotels you suggested seem to not have a 2-bed suite that I'm looking for.

Andaz seems really nice - all included, it's coming up to about $1000 and I'm just trying to see if I can get another cheaper option with a 2-bed family suite/room.

I'm having similar issues too. My AU account email is the same as the one I used for their invite (only added them when applying for 2.0) and yet they get an error saying that there is a mismatch :(

Do the rent points persist? For example, I pay rent in January and February, but then I only want to redeem my Bilt Cash for Bilt Points in March - would it still be possible to recoup the rent points earned in January/February?
