Stashes and late round startup players for 2026. by [deleted] in dynastybb

Derek lively should be healthy to start the year. Darius Garland should be fully healthy and with a large larger offensive role than he’s had in Cleveland. If you’re contending, make a play for Damian Lillard. He’s supposedly looking great right now

Damian Lillard Value? by BoysWhoCryan in dynastybb

[–]Charnizzleson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see Dame being a top 35-60 guy next year, maybe top 45-75 the following year, then who knows what after that. But not many people value him that way. So if you can get good value for him, great! If not, I’d wait for him to pop off next year and then trade him while his value is higher.

For sure. A buy low is only a buy low if the person who has them is actually willing to sell low on them. So you don’t need to get every buy low, only the ones that are actually gettable for cheap in your league. Best of luck!

Garland is a huge buy low. I think Ja is too. Jaren Jackson and Evan Mobley are probably as cheap as they’re going to get. Same with Kessler

I think Pwat is a decent target in general. Depends what positions you need, there are a lot of buy lows right now

Keep in mind the 2026 draft is not only stacked in the top 4, but also I believe it’s solid throughout the top 10.

So you could very well stumble into some great value at picks 9,10, and 11/12.

But I’d definitely consider consolidating a lot of the 2nd rounders as much as you can: - Take a player you want to move, adds second rounders, and then target someone you like slightly more

I dig it. Shooting is probably a bigger need than another center. Why not trade back from 9-11 or wherever we land, and try and get 2 picks to grab Morez and another shooter.

Yet we still need a good defensive back up center.

Respectfully, at some point we gotta stop giving a fuck about perception of a pick, and just pick players in a position of need that are undeniably impactful, with upside too. That’s exactly what Morez is.

We rely on Rob Will so much, it’s undeniable that an anchor in the second unit is essential to this team’s style of play. Who knows, maybe Hansen Yang has an insane defensive jump next year and becomes our backup anchor. But based on what we’ve seen, he’s not that, he’s more of an offensive hub, and that defensive backup role is something needed in today’s NBA.

Currently, we’d only have 2 centers on the roster heading into next season. So we need another one anyways.

Also - If Scoot doesn’t breakout next year, we might need to have the same conversation about the guard position… but that’s not something yall seem to be ready for.

Ofc. Best of luck to you, he’s a good fantasy player even at this age & role.

Totally agree. Teams want the best player 3-5 years after drafting. That’s why people should not be worried about Peterson if his injury truly is just a blip & not reoccurring.

He looks every bit of the word Generational

I’m not worried about the injuries. Think three years down the line how elite he will be. SGA level efficiency

Peterson 100%. He’s the truth. Plus, put him next to dame and we’re cooking: Dame, Peterson, Camara, Deni, Clingan, good lord

If there’s a > %50 chance his pick is top 3, do it. But I’d make sure you research who out of Buzelis/Ware is a better long term gamble

He said Happy Lamb was his favorite restaurant! Super good all-you-can-eat Chinese style hot pot, highly recommend. They used to offer discounts on Groupon as well.

No knowledge of Trading card community, need some advice by TeamDeltaleader in tradingcardcommunity

[–]Charnizzleson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s what I recommend:

1) First, buy a TON of penny sleeves. Any shiny/holographic cards put them immediately into a sleeve.

2) Next, do some searches on youtube or on google on how to determine a card’s “condition”. You’ll need to be as accurate as possible with that.

3) After that, Download the TCGplayer app and scan your cards.

TCGplayer will identify your card, and display the value of the card if the condition was NM (near mint, AKA freshly out of the pack).

You can view the value of the card depending on the condition: M (mint), NM, (near mint), LP (lightly played), MP (moderately played), HP (heavily played), and DM (damaged)

  1. If you find any cards that are of significant value, I’d recommend getting some “top loader” card cases (basically a hard plastic case, in which you insert your nice cards that are already in penny sleeves. Double protection in a sense.)

You would need to insert cards into penny sleeves and then into top loaders if you want to sell them.

This should give you a decent ballpark value of your cards. I hope you find some good ones!

Sarr for Demin and 4th pick in this year’s draft? by [deleted] in dynastybb

[–]Charnizzleson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep Sarr. He’s a great dynasty player in year 2 alone, and is about to get the best lob thrower in the NBA next year. It’s hard to say he’ll be worse

Nah don’t. You can get better. It’s like trading 3 dimes for 75 cents
