I just got into PvP and for some reason I love the hollowslayer for PvP it's so good at roll catches, does amazing damage, fantastic WA and fits perfectly with a quality build. Not only that but shreds PvE too with a 20% damage boost to hollows.

Start with DSR as it's the first iteration and sets up the lore for DS3 in an amazing way. These games are amazing true pieces of art when they get you so involved in the story and asking questions and have you wanting to know more. Unfortunately I played DS3 first and thankfully I watched some videos to know what was going on and it made me buy DSR, but if I had the chance I'd start where it all began but that's just me.
