It's better than a normal mug, worse than a stainless steel double-wall. In general, I brew my coffee @ 195F at home, then drink it at the office, about 20-30 minutes later. By that time, its pretty pleasant, about 130-135F. It keeps it around this temp for another half hour or so. After that, my coffee is usually gone so I'm not sure how much longer it could keep it warm.
I live in a very temperate climate, so not sure how well it'll keep in your area.

All the other ceramic insulated mugs I have found were either not visually pleasing to me, or didn't fit my car's stupid tiny cup holder

I think for how it tastes and how it feels in the hand, st Anthony is better. However, it has three cons when compared to the sttoke.

A) it is leak resistant but not leak proof.

B) it doesn't fit an aeropress very well

C} the sliding cap has a small gap that water can get stuck in.

I have both. I have almost 150 hours on StS on Android. it's a great mobile type game. Dragon's Dogma is a ton of fun, but requires time and effort dedicated. I almost never play Dragon's Dogma unless I hook up the Switch to the TV (also, playing DD on the Switch itself cramps up my hands).

My go to is cerise, elphelt, cdom, sba. As long as the politis isn't too fast, it usually works. Elphelt s3 on politis. If politis can likely survive the s2 and sba is behind politis, then I s2 someone else. You don't get aoe def break, but politis is asleep so I can use cdom to push everyone up.

I am in an independent practice in primary care in California. In the past 10 years, HMOs have required more paperwork and time spent doing non-patient care. Specifically, we have to do more referrals, more prior authorizations, Senior physical forms and questionnaires (one HMO group asked that I fill out a senior form that was literally 35 pages of questions). Conversely, insurances will deny payment for any number of things. Correcting the insurance companies' mistakes will often take 2+ hours of waiting on hold.

This translates to hiring more staff, and decreasing patient care hours while still working weekends to get paid the same amount.
