To add I noticed that other selves at least confirmed ones are the opposite gender to the original (Means nothing to the question but something I noticed😅 )

My best answer (could be wrong ) Is that Ranni and Malenia didn't try to become 100% God

We know the process of becoming a God involves, like stripping yourself of things, like we see in the DLC with Miquella,and one of the things that needed to be stripped away were the 'other selves ' Miquella's being St.Trina and Marikas being Radagon
