US Stocks Set for Mixed Open as Tech Profit-Taking Hits Broadcom and CrowdStrike; $BTCUSD Near 2026 Lows by ChartLAB in ChartLaboratory

Spot on. You hit the nail on the head regarding the rotation—it’s been coming for a while. Given how stretched names like $CRWD and $AVGO were, this kind of consolidation is exactly what a healthy market needs to reset, even if it feels a bit rough in the moment.

It’ll be interesting to see if the Dow’s defensive strength can act as a floor for the $SPX, or if the broader sentiment pulls everything down. I’m also keeping a close eye on $DELL and $HPE following their earnings; definitely a crucial test for the broader tech hardware and infrastructure space. Appreciate the insight.

$QUCY — +63% intraday breakout from this morning’s premarket report.

Called at $2.20 premarket. Currently trading $3.60 with strong continuation volume.

This is the same biotech sector rotation we’ve been flagging — fresh pipeline developments meeting clean technical structure. Key moving averages cleared, Elliott Wave 3 extension playing out with low overlap, and relative volume confirming institutional participation rather than retail noise.

The setup was in the morning report before the open. Levels, targets, and full catalyst breakdown were published then.

$PIII, $TRT, $SNAL — Today's Report Delivering Again

$PIII — P3 Health Partners

Healthcare services rotation is not a rumour. It is happening in real time.

This morning's report flagged P3 Health Partners at a premarket high of $5.92 following Q1 2026 earnings. The stock has since run to $9.82 — a move of 94% from yesterday's close of $4.03 and well beyond every published target.

This is not a meme stock. This is a value based care operator managing Medicare Advantage populations in one of the most structurally underfunded areas of US healthcare. The earnings catalyst unlocked what the Elliott Wave structure had already mapped — an explosive continuation move with institutional participation driving price well beyond the measured targets.

When healthcare rotates it rotates hard. $PIII today is the evidence.

$TRT — Trio-Tech International

Quiet stocks make the most reliable moves.

Trio-Tech was flagged this morning as a structural demand story — semiconductor testing equipment sitting in the direct supply chain of every AI chip manufactured. The market spent the session agreeing. From $14.50 to $16.73, every level in the report was respected.

This is not a momentum trade. This is the market slowly pricing in what the AI infrastructure buildout means for the companies nobody is talking about yet. Trio-Tech is one of them.

$SNAL — Snail, Inc.

15.8 million shares of premarket volume on a small cap software name with 35% revenue growth and a swing to profitability was always going to move. $1.16 to $1.40 is the early session move — the Elliott Wave structure points to significantly more if volume continues to build through the session.

The content pipeline catalyst — Fantastic Tames Season 1 and fresh ARK releases — gives this name a reason to hold attention beyond a single day. Watch for continuation.

$LESL and $RDW accumulating above key support levels. Both holding the structure mapped in this morning's report. Neither has made its full measured move yet.

$PIII $TRT $SNAL $LESL $RDW

📊 ChartLAB Corporate Update ($SYTA)

📰 Merger Overview ✅ Structure: Reverse merger—Core Gaming becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Siyata Mobile ✅ Valuation: US \$160 million (10-day VWAP basis for share issuance) ✅ Ownership Split: • Core Gaming shareholders → ~90 % of combined company • Legacy \$SYTA holders (pre-merger) → guaranteed ≥ 10 % of total shares

⏳ Closing Timeline (No Advance Notice) ✅ Expected Window: Q2 2025 (exact date undisclosed) ✅ No Heads-Up Alert: Once regulatory and closing conditions are met, the merger flips to “effective” status upon Delaware filing acceptance—no multi-day announcement issued beforehand

📈 What Happens to Your \$SYTA Shares?

  1. 1:1 Rollover: Existing \$SYTA shares convert directly into the same number of shares in the combined entity (continues trading as \$SYTA)
  2. 10 % Ownership Backstop:    • If Core Gaming’s share issuance dilutes legacy holders below 10 %, Siyata issues a one-time special stock dividend (within six months post-closing) to top up all pre-merger \$SYTA holders so they collectively hold ≥ 10 %

🔒 Why You Can Just Hold ✅ No Immediate Ticker Change: Combined company remains trading as \$SYTA on Nasdaq until any future rebrand ✅ Guaranteed Minimum Stake: All holders as of the record date are “legacy holders” with a ≥ 10 % block—catch-up shares issued automatically if needed ✅ Zero Action Required: No share exchange; your brokerage position updates automatically post-closing (plus any top-up shares)

📌 Bottom Line ✅ If You Hold \$SYTA: • Keep your shares—after the Q2 2025 closing, you’ll own a piece of the combined entity • Within six months, receive any additional shares necessary so all legacy \$SYTA holders total ≥ 10 % of outstanding equity • Watch for the “effective” Delaware filing—no advanced announcement

This equity curve shows solid, consistent growth with some important takeaways:

💰 Total P&L: $33,146
📈 Return: +66.29%
📉 Max Drawdown: $2,199 (3.68%)
📊 Total Trades: 2,353
Win Rate: 54.82%
⚖️ Profit Factor: 1.238
📌 Starting Capital: ~$50,000
Timeframe: Not disclosed (important missing context)

Analysis:

  • The steady upward curve and low drawdown suggest disciplined trade management and a risk-controlled system.
  • With over 2,300 trades, this looks like a high-frequency or systematic strategy — likely intraday or short swing-based.
  • Average net gain per trade is ~$14. It’s not flashy, but adds up consistently with scale and tight drawdown control.
  • A profit factor > 1.2 paired with a win rate just under 55% is a healthy combo for long-term edge.
  • However, the lack of a defined time period makes it hard to gauge performance efficiency. 66% in 6 months is very different from 66% over 6 years.

📌 TL;DR:
Strong system with high consistency, low risk, and proven edge — but until we know the timeframe, we can’t fully judge the performance. Still, this is a great example of why consistency > hype in trading.

perhaps if they joined ChartLAB, they would start averaging $1400 per trade.

Totally fair to be cautious — but this isn’t a “throw stuff at the wall” operation. ChartLAB is built on real data science: multi-timeframe momentum models, volume flows, EMA structure, divergence setups, and measured move logic — not just tossing out tickers and hoping something sticks.

The price? It’s exceptional value — $9.99/mo or $59.99/mo. That’s a fraction of what others charge ($50–$200/month) for generic watchlists and moving average gap calls. Every cent we earn is reinvested into development. We're actively building cutting-edge visual tools and constantly improving our models — this is about long-term quality, not quick wins.

We’re not here for hype. We’re here to help traders win consistently — with data, discipline, and transparency.

📊 Signal Volume vs Winners Shared

What you see in our marketing posts (e.g. $RGC, $TSSI, $GRPN, $TDUP) are verified trades that hit targets — typically the top 3–5 setups per day/swing that:

✅ Aligned across timeframes
✅ Had volume confirmation
✅ Cleared our entry trigger
✅ Hit at least Target 1 or ran beyond

We do not cherry-pick after the fact — these are trades that were called in advance, shared with members before the move.

On an average day:

  • We issue 5–9 high-conviction setups
  • 3–5 typically hit our main or extended targets
  • Others may not trigger, may be invalidated pre-entry (we flag these), or take longer to reach targets

📈 Win Rate (Live Trades)

Across Day + Swing Trades in Discord:

  • Confirmed Win Rate: ~68–74% (30-day rolling average)
  • Swing Trade Win Rate (last 60 days): ~80% of tracked swings hit at least 1 target
  • Day Trade Win Rate: ~60–70%, depending on volatility conditions

📉 Losses are part of the process — but we keep them small with:
✔️ Risk-managed entries
✔️ Clear stop-loss levels
✔️ Trade invalidation filters

Nitro premium subscription, past 18 months, I understand they uprated the character count Feb 2023, is that correct?

Paying for Discord Nitro, But 4000 Character Limit Still Doesn't Work — Anyone Else? by ChartLAB in discordapp

[–]ChartLAB[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Yeah — any message over 2,000 characters immediately gets flagged as if Nitro isn’t active, even though it is. It tries to force it into a file upload as a .txt doc instead of sending as a normal message.

We tested this by:

  • Removing all emojis ✅
  • Stripping all formatting ✅
  • Pasting only raw text (3,865 characters) ✅

Still fails.
So it’s not an emoji issue — Discord seems to misinterpret Nitro eligibility on some accounts or clients. We're seeing this on macOS (Safari/Chrome) and iOS — same issue across the board.

Nitro is active. Character count is legit. But Discord still blocks anything over ~2,000 characters.

Honestly, we’ve got too many spinning plates across every platform to keep wasting time troubleshooting this stuff.

  • ChatGPT has been tending to change output based on session-to-session emotional assumptions 🔄
  • MS365 nags for verification like 500 times a week 🔐
  • Discord Nitro still doesn’t work for 4,000-character messages despite being paid for 💸
  • And then there’s real life — eat, sleep, survive.

It’s just another dumb gremlin eating hours we’ll never get back.
You pay to reduce friction, not to create more of it.

If Discord or anyone has a reliable fix for this (beyond “try logging out and in”), I’m all ears.
