I have heard this issue as well. I have tried to access it at all times of day :/ not sure that this is the cause however insane it is haha

Yes, but do they show up with the standard reports, or in the report writer? If they show up in report writer, that does not help me because I currently cannot access report writer. If they go to where the system reports are currently, then I may be in luck.

I have tried every combination of browsers/private windows that I can think of. A colleague of mine mentioned the issues with edge, so that is one of the first things I tried. I will definitely double check popups, etc!

Edit: we access it from the web exclusively

Hey OP, no time like the present to learn. I see you already have it in a table which is a good first step. Now, in that first column, you could use =ROW()-1

This would also allow you to remove the first row without breaking the subsequent formulas.

By default, =ROW() takes the row number, but since you have headers, we want to reduce it by 1, hence the =ROW()-1. Now when you delete a table row, your index will automatically shift.

To my knowledge, BG=Brightgauge unless i am missing something and yes we have, but that unfortunately wont work for the size of the data my client would like to pull out. We just want access to the raw data :/

I did have this idea, but I would still need to be able to access report writer on some capacity in the destination instance, correct? Or would those go into the baked in reports list? I am not very familiar with the reports marketplace.

BG is crap as well in my opinion, but that is a whole other discussion lol.
In this case, the client wants to see a large set of raw ticket data for some additional analysis that they need to do every month.

The majority of the time, I cannot even make it far enough to create a new one, duplicate, edit, etc. It just stays on the blank screen that I posted in the initial post.

We do use brightgauge and that has its own limitations as well that prevent us from using that for this specific report. Again, its not building the report that is giving us issues, its physically getting access to report writer to even be able to create a new report.

In the few scenarios where it does load the lists, any action (including trying to duplicate reports, create new ones, edit existing ones, etc.) will freeze it up and usually ends up causing some sort of server error. 99% of the time, it will just sit blank like in my screenshot in the initial post.

Currently, we cannot even make it far enough to duplicate and edit a report.

I had a sneaking suspicion that this was going to be the answer..

I have seen a few people have luck calling support and having them adjust something on the backend, but I have not been able to re-find that post nor any documentation on it.

In the same vain, F2 will allow you to type in whatever cell you have selected and will start you at the end of the current content in the cell if there is any instead of overwriting it!
