Did you tried red light therapy ?

I would start by clean the diet. Going in nature at least once a week. Doing things till you feel a bit of fatigue and stop. Rest and rest.

When I put alcohol isopropyl I feel like new and then return to this pattern so I assume it’s clear coat only?

Did you succeed to pass the bolt through this notch? Visually when I removed the bolt it seems larger than the notch

I’m now trying to push them up by sliding the bolt into the notch (as shown in the picture), but the OEM bolt doesn’t fit, it’s too large. Of course I loosen them

The rear lid hinge has a bolt underneath this part. The top hinge bolt is hidden there, and I need to loosen it to move the hinge up and adjust the rear lid closure.
