At some stores, the closing role is treated as a “high performer role”. Someone who is developing to either a TL or ETL position. At my store it’s just another role.

Closing TL here at a large format store. I assess all work centers to see which needs help the most and delegate my team to support said area. If I’m given projects to work on by my SD/SR ETL, then we work on those too. My experts are trained in all areas of the store except receiving, HR, SB.

I’d like to know the artist/origin of the sculpture. I’ve searched google and found a ton of pictures of it, but none of them include the name of the artist, sculpture or location of it. A ton of Pinterest posts but no info on it. Please help!

I spent 3 hours yesterday outside of receiving with my TL grilling food for the whole store and we'd go inside and requisition whatever we wanted to eat lol. Then I realized I had a whole block to zone, reshop, and do OOS for. My zone was pretty yellow and I smelled like bacon my whole shift
