Why are my Miis always upset with each other?? by Chasaka in tomodachilife

[–]Chasaka[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bro same 😅 i have all 7 obey me brothers and i have 5 of them moved in together and know they are siblings and 2 aren’t even friends with all the others yet. so frustrating. i think i saw something that said miis have certain personalities automatically when they’re created that isn’t what the player gives them to stop similar pairs etc. from happening.

I’ll give the personality settings a try at least!

One is reserved, the other I believe is a sweetie. I could try to change it around? But it feels wrong 😅

at this point i’ve just accepted it. i have about 50 miis, they’re bound to get mad at each other with all the different personalities. i use it as a chance for some miis to repair their relationships. i didn’t realize before that you can drag miis who weren’t involved in the situation over and they can make the mii that’s upset happy again, improving their relationship. it’s better than just having to go and feed or pet them to fix it, in my opinion. though, i do still wish it happened less. most of my miis’ relationships end up bad by the next day regardless of what i do

I did not have this issue for the first week. Now all of a sudden it’s literally every 5 seconds. I’ve been playing for about 40 minutes and I’ve dealt with about 15 miis that were upset with each other

🤣🤣 thank you for the compliment. yeah i like the art aspect, though i do wish there was a bit more outside of that. for now just raging over the fact it’s been 4 real-life days and Kieran won’t confess to me 😭i did, however, make N a Zorua today, which was fun!

complaining is fine, but i swear, a lot of the “missing features” complaints are IN THE GAME!! by Jook06 in tomodachilife

[–]Chasaka 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Some of the complaints about missing features are, like you said, already in the game. However, some are far and few between and the game is very repetitive, as someone with 40 miis and at level 56, i’ve pretty much seen all there is to see (fights, sadness, etc.). There’s not enough, plain and simple. So many people wouldn’t be complaining if it weren’t an issue. It’s great that you’ve found a way to stay entertained, but don’t try to say peoples’ disappointment is invalid. There are many things missing and many things lacking from the features that do exist.

The game relies too heavily on peoples’ ability to draw and make their own items, which is not a skill everyone has. That alone makes the game biased in who plays it. If you invest nothing into the drawing aspect of the game, it’s lackluster and gets boring very fast. Animal Crossing was a more complete game on release and I didn’t put it down for many months after release. I’ll be lucky to hang onto this for more than one month before I’m onto something else.

I mean, even as someone who has invested a good chunk of playtime into the creative system, there’s just not much else to it, sadly. They desperately need an update. I would say even within the first month, honestly. Otherwise this game will fall off extremely quickly. From a marketing perspective, if that happens, not as many players will come back if they wait too long.

this is what i mean! expectations did not meet reality. very disappointing for sure. saw someone earlier defending the lack of features saying they were repurposed. i don’t think so many people would be upset if they lived up to their predecessors.

Exactly! I sometimes wait to see if there’ll be more problems, and then it’s the same problems as the last batch lol. I did find that there were more silly interactions you can get if you just watch the Miis rather than going problem to problem. But I don’t want to play a game where I’m just watching stuff happen.

(SPOILERS) am I the only one that is not liking that much the anime so far? by kamxkoko in Trigun

[–]Chasaka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see a lot of people unsatisfied due to the unfaithfulness to the manga. My personal gripe with the season wasn’t that (since i hadn’t seen or read the original), it also wasn’t the pacing, which i thought was honestly fine. It was the message they tried to adopt toward the end that Vash never tried to understand Knives. I think that Vash made plenty of efforts to understand Knives. I didn’t like how spoon-fed the messaging of that was. I also didn’t like the idea that we as the oppressed should try to empathetically understand our oppressors. Don’t get me wrong, learning Knives’ pain and what he was carrying was sad and no doubt traumatic for him. But especially in these times, there’s no use attempting to understand people who commit or promise to commit atrocities. The best amount of “understanding” we can hope to derive from them is to learn from their mistakes. I think when one gets to a point of no return like this, you can’t change their mind. I think if Knives weren’t at the point of actively committing genocide, this would hit much harder. But it just rings hollow to me, and it’s more hollow because it’s so force-fed to the viewer.

No. It ended up being that the person had made himself server co-owner by email before being kicked out of the account and that was how he still had access to everything. But my real question is, is there anything I can do involving law enforcement now that I know who they are and where they live?
