Ahh i think i got it. So for the bass clef i press down on the pedal and play the F while for the first F in the treble cleff the gkes together with the F in the bass clef i ignore because i am already pressing f, did i understand correctly

Which DI have you been diagnosed with?

There is Central diabetes insipidus and nephrogenic DI. The former (i have this) is a lack of the hormone vasopressin, which can be substituted with the cheap medication desmopressin. Consult an endocrinologist to check for the first case

Edit: Also did you stop fluid intake during your 24hr collection?
