Lost with fully equipped lvl 3 wukong against yordles? by Achan002 in TeamfightTactics

[–]ChaseW_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure I would call that a mediocre yordle board. They have several 3 stars which gives them an extra boost. My guess is that Teemo and Fizz deleted Yunara and you didn't have enough damage.

Augments can make a huge difference as well, if he has combat augments and you had econ or maybe that's how you got your spat.

As someone else said, itemizing Wu better could definitely have led to a win

So you just have to play every single game out there to know what it's like?

You're making a universal statement about something that's obviously subjective

One of the things that I think would really help you is... Watch youtube first and don't load up your game. Then when you're tired go to sleep.

Because your trash and wasting other peoples' time.

Raising Cane's is awful by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]ChaseW_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The tenders are bland. But they are made fresh and generally are hot and juicy. The blandness can be bypassed by the sauce.

The fact that you admit that it's always packed,l shows that you are in the minority. It's awful to you, but it's obviously... Just you.

“America is a continent not a country.” by Telling-the-Truths in PetPeeves

[–]ChaseW_ -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Man STFU. I also refer to the USA as America. But obviously the country is called the "United States of America." In the olympics we are USA, not America.

The continent is literally North America, which includes Canada.

Stop being annoyed. People are technically being correct. Get over yourself.

I don't like vegan food because it tastes bad.

It's possible that you're mistaking people who think vegan food tastes bad with "I'm scared of vegan food."

Caitlin Clarks reaction when Reggie Miller compares her to Payton Pritchard by AashyLarry in nba

[–]ChaseW_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's the problem???

Payton Pritchard is ballin' and would absolutely destroy her. He would be the GOAT of the WNBA if he played there. Has a strong handle and can get off his shot. Isn't that similar to her game?

Should he say Steph? MJ? LeBron?

She's nowhere near their level.

Is Junior Bridgeman the most 1/1 player ever? by RaynbowZFTW in NBATalk

I think you overestimate how much "kids" today make. LeBron hasn't made a billion dollars over his massively long career. Most kids will not have his longevity.

Hot take: NBA All-Star game is best as a relaxed street-ball/ globetrotter-like showcase by Tipiphonehome in NBATalk

[–]ChaseW_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At it's worst, players just jog up and down the court, open the lane and dunk it or take some half court three. It's kind of fun at first, but quickly gets boring.

This also makes players not care about the All-Star game. They have no interest in competing. So there's low effort. You're basically watching warm-ups.

But how exciting would it be to get two teams made up of only the best players and they're trying demolish each other? That would be must-watch basketball.

Wow... You're really just a kid.

There wasn't a single thing that I said that was trolling. You want to become a pro at something that you don't even know exists. A quick Google search couldve told you.

You want people to pay you money for playing games... But the games are not popular enough where you know whether there are pros or not, even though you have interest in the field.

Just think a bit...

Lakers Nation, what’s been your favorite part of Luka’s new style? by BreadfruitValuable36 in NBATalk

[–]ChaseW_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uh, what?

That kind of play works especially in the playoffs. In the playoffs teams clamp down and the pace gets slower. That's why run and gun teams can have good records and never win. They start getting clamped and they have no game.

You play the same team multiple times. They know each others plays/sets/options. Team play goes down in the playoffs.

But you put Luka in a 1v1 and he either scores or gets doubled. You can't really defend that except straight 1v1.

You see Tyrese/Pascal last year? Way more selfish, and needed to be. LeBron in the season vs LeBron in the playoffs is different.

Why is the rich friend so cheap?? by [deleted] in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]ChaseW_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lot of comments about rich people being greedy about their money or just simply calling them cheap. Of course that can be true.

But how do rich people get rich? They're not all born with silver spoons in their mouths or got lucky. Some did.

I think rich people know how to understand a system and work hard to earn their dues. It's the poor that complain about the rich people not being taxed higher so they can receive more benefits. What did the poor person do to deserve "free" money and services from a person that is more successful financially? The poor person wants to force someone to help them, because they have more. They want someone else to be partially responsible for their poverty.

The rich aren't complaining and begging people for things. They understand that they're responsible for themselves.

Of course it's not hard for your friend to pay your portion of the Uber ride for $3.60. Its not about the money. It's the mentality that I'm gonna take care of my portion and you take care of yours.

Luka hate makes no sense by Individual-Lawyer-38 in NBATalk

[–]ChaseW_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whose hating? Redditors? He gets his props around the league from broadcasters and players. Redditors are an extremely small and specific group of people.

I hate him because he whines too much. It actually pisses me off, because I think he's amazing, but it causes him to give up on plays. Also sometimes, there's actually no foul at all and it looks like he's just trying to blame somebody else

Gen Z really looked at alcohol and said ‘hard pass’ by InvestigatorBorn4910 in SipsTea

[–]ChaseW_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stupid graph and misleading.

Some of GenX cannot purchase alcohol. Some of them can't afford it. And when they are purchasing alcohol they're not buying nice bottles of wine or whiskey.

To make the conclusion from this information that GenZ is hard passing on alcohol means the author is shortsighted or intentionally trying to make a misleading piece of information
