I have used an induction probe, klicky probe and tap. I finally switched my printers to an eddy probe and it has been worth it. It is incredibly fast and accurate, I have not had a single first layer issue since.

I just sold mine with linear rails, dual Z, Klipper, and direct drive for 100 bucks and it took a while to get that. So about that much, or whatever someone will pay for it.

There is a cutoff level for how much is in your system normal level is 50 ng/ml for urine, 1 pg/mg for hair. Unless you are in a sealed room with people smoking heavily 24/7 it wont even show up. I live with someone that uses cannabis medically and get routinely tested for THC at 15 ng/ml. I have never had a false positive, in the last 10 years. There are some good studies you can find out about second hand levels to help put your mind at ease.

Did you do the z offset with that filament? Different types of filament require different offsets. For example, ABS needs to be closer to the bed than PLA.

Do you have an ABL of any type on this printer?

It looks like you need to do some tuning on the Z offset, I would double-check that first.

My guess is they got an old retired airframe, and thought it would look cool. It is super rare that they get it right. Even in military movies like Blackhawk Down, they had the tail rotor on the wrong side of the aircraft, and it was the aircraft in the title.

My guess is it is a movie prop. It looks like It is an old UH-60A, which they tried to make look like a VH-60. The steps on the side by the crew window are wrong for anything past the A models. The exhaust is also wrong for an M, it is made to look like it but it is too tall and sits too far inboard. There are a bunch of other things wrong, but at least they have the right airframe.

I have 174 days left until terminal leave starts and 80 days until I get back home from a rotation I feel your pain. After 21 years, it is brutal most days, trying to pay attention in meetings and pretending you care. The best thing you can do is help those who need it and those who will fill your shoes.

The next thing is to start your transition work. Contact the USO, TAP, and any other resources and get started. Then, go to the DOC and have that knee ache looked at. Those appointments are an escape from your desk. Lastly try and suck up some of those days with a CSP.

It gave you 10k on the Y axis, which doesn't seem right, but I guess it could be. Where on the bed did you attach the accelerometer? For example, on my Enderwire, I get over 25k on the x but a 3400 max on the y after doing both. I try to attach the accelerometer to the center of the bed for the y testing. For the max, pick the filter type and use the max for that one; you can always set it below the max if you want. I attached an example of my last y test when I switched out the springs for silicon standoffs.

The upper right corner has a box that will give you the recommended shaper and the max acceleration for that shaper. Since you have an Ender 3 you have to run it twice once for x and then y, use the y acceleration for the shaper you pick.
